I can honestly say with complete honesty that I've never, ever been to a medical office and encountered such caring and professional staff!!! The staff are so caring and compassionate! Dr. Gaines redid all my veneers and I have to say, I just couldn't believe the work he did! What a talented dentist! Gifted with patience and an artistic vision, Dr. Gaines did everything to absolute perfection and wouldn't stop until he did! With an unfortunate and unforeseen problem that I encountered, Dr. Gaines and the staff at Sherwood Dental contacted me each and every day to see how I was doing! Even on off hours, Harriett would call me to see how I was! Totally unbelievable! It has truly been a positive experience and there is no doubt in my mind that I would strongly recommend Dr. Gaines and Sherwood Dental to friends and family!

I truly can't say enough about the fantastic care and service we received today. I have been a very long trme client of Dr. Gaines, and have always received great care from his ENTIRE team. For the first time, I had an appointment booked for a 2 year old foster child of ours that needed a consult on a spot on a tooth we were concerned about. Although their schedule was very full as usual, they were able to fit us in to see Dr. Gaines asap. I was extremely impressed with the visit from start to finish. Harriet greeted us with enthusiasm and such kindness. Dr. Gaines was awesome with our foster son and gained his trust enough to allow him to do a great exam of his teeth without fuss. We received a thorough explanation in writing as to what was found and any further treatment required. Natalie was great as we checked out explaining the future care they can offer our foster child moving forward. As I said, I can't say enough about the CARE they have for ALL of their patients.

I think this is the best dental office anywhere!!! I am confident that they give me and my family the best possible dental care, with all latest technologies and expertise yet are also very caring, friendly and super accommodating and always ready to serve with a smile. They also have a large nicely decorated and comfortable waiting area, although, in 20 years of coming here I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment, but I am able to really relax here while I wait for my other family members being seen.
